THE BOOK

Based on my experience and knowledge, I recently wrote a book (in dutch), entitled “Ken je bedrijf en ken je klant”
This book serves as the base for a workshop — as part of a retail tour —  that focuses especially on managers and owners. 
Get to know and analyse the cultures and missions of your company and discover how to optimize them. Culture is a reflection of all personalities that should be taken into account. It is the sum of shared values, norms, convictions, patterns, strategies, qualities and pitfalls. By knowing your company and its different cultures and types of clients, you'll make it possible to take steps in the development and evolution of your company, which will allow you to distinguish yourself from the others.
